Finding a specialist support provider for a friend or a family member is an incredibly difficult process and can be both daunting and stressful. Our aim is to take as much of the stress away from you as possible and provide you with the reassurance you need to know that your loved one is being placed in very capable hands.
As a local organisation, based from offices in Poole and Southampton, we benefit from knowing the area intimately and have long standing relationships with local authorities and a wide range of local support services. We employ a workforce of around 250 staff, all of whom are trained and experienced in delivering support to clients with learning and/or physical disabilities who wish to live indpendently in the community.

Our aim is to provide our clients with the support they need to live an active and interesting life, helping them to meet new challenges and develop life skills along the way, with the ultimate aim of reducing that level of support as and when possible, to truly allow our clients to gain the independence they want and deserve.
