With services that cover the entire South West region, Pluss is a Social Enterprise that supports thousands of people with disabilities and other disadvantages each year to take their first step on the career ladder. Pluss achieve this through: A range of specialist employment services that help people find work in their local communities, and direct employment within their own commercial enterprises.
Pluss passionately believe that their services should always include those furthest from the labour market. Pluss has a proven track record of achieving outcomes for people with the most complex disadvantages, offering specialist employment services for people with a learning disability, mental health issues, physical disability and other long term health issues.

Pluss has two divisions: Employment and Enterprise. Within Pluss Employment, anyone who wants to work can contact the Employment Bureau; a hub of information offering advice, guidance and signposting. Pluss then tap in to a variety of funding sources and partnerships to deliver a truly person centred package of support. Pluss also has a variety of commercial enterprises that offer both permanent and trainee opportunities for hundreds of people with disabilities. Trainees come to work for Pluss on short term contracts alongside permanent staff. During this time, they learn new skills, gain qualifications and a reference. They are then supported to find work within their local communities; integration at its very best.
The most important aspect for Pluss is to provide the self-esteem and independence provided by a working life and they will provide as much support as they can, often through first hand experiences.
