1. The information we collect and how we use it
1.1 When you register as a user of this site (for purposes of accessing the Members Area and/or submitting information to the site) we need to know your name and e-mail address. We gather this information to allow us to process your registration and any further information that you send to us and to send you information requested by you.
The relevant information is used by us, our agents and sub-contractors to communicate with you on these matters and any other matter relating to your use of this site.
1.2 At your request we may also wish to provide you with information by e-mail about special features of our site or any other service or products we think may be of interest to you. We shall only do so at your request and if you have agreed to this service.
1.3 No payments may be made through this site as we do not directly sell any goods or services.

2. Sale of business

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

3. Updating your details and cancellation

3.1 You may cancel your membership by sending us a cancellation request by e-mail (to our email address provided below) or, if you need to contact us by post, by sending a letter to us at our address as shown below.
